What is the best way to measure how much water my sprinkler's are outputting? - water sprinkler timer
I have over 20 + sprinklers in my garden, and I read in Scott lawn care settings I 1 inch of water per week do you need for your health.

A simple and inexpensive (by many in the lawn care forum recommended Scott) is the tuna can method. Take a few cans of tuna and put it on the grass in different places. Then run sprinklers. When the container is full, you have presented an inch of water.
Remember that one inch per week includes what we in the rain from Mother Nature. Chances are, you are not a total pul you are irrigating. If you want to know how much rain you get to know, please read this link out. I say every day the amount of precipitation received.

(if you're on weather.com 's home page and insert your zip code, you can view by clicking on "Month").
We would also like water is scarce. This means that you do not want you to get your lawn to 1/7th inch every day. Ideally inches of rain per week, arriving in one or two casting. This growth will encourage deeper roots and better healthER grass.

Find out what type of sprinklers you have and ask the manufacturer for the number of sprinklers. You can say exactly the AMS is to use the system. Irrigation is developed for a rating@X.XX GPM PSI. Once you know what the heads are provided, you can see the math.
Buy a cheap plastic and precipitation in different parts of your lawn. This should be a good indicator for the coverage of your irrigation system and the amount of water you put on your lawn.
